Dr Michael Greger is best known for his non-profit website nutritionfacts.org, which provides evidence-based information on healthy diets for the prevention and treatment of chronic disease. He is author of the best selling book ‘How Not to Die’. He has now written a second book called ‘How Not to Diet’ and he will be summarising the finding of the book at this event. There will also be the opportunity to get your own book signed by Dr Greger.

He will touch on the 17 ingredients to the optimal weight loss diet and cover some fo the 21 tricks and tweaks for fast-tracking weight loss, which include specific foods that can double as fat blockers and fat burners, starch blockers and appetite suppressants.
