I Could Never Go Vegan – film screening

Thursday, 2 May 2024 18:00 – 21:00 BST

A special screening of the documentary I Could Never Go Vegan and an opportunity to meet the writer and members of the cast.

“I could never go vegan”. Five words uttered around the world by many a non-vegan, but why? On a quest for the truth, a filmmaker sets out on a journey to find out the leading arguments facing the vegan movement, and if they’re justified.

Made by Sheffield-based film maker Tom Pickering, this documentary explores the issues of health, animal welfare and climate change and features experts and change-makers working in health and environmental organisations.

As human, animal and planetary health are key messages, we have arranged this special screening for NHS staff and other healthcare professionals. The event is also open to the public as well.

Ticket price includes screening, Q&A with key cast members plus networking opportunities and a healthy plant-based snack box and drink.

Doors open at 6pm
Screening starts – 6.30pm
Q&A – 8.15-8.45pm
Close – 9pm
