Lifestyle Medicine in Practice online series:
Mainstreaming Lifestyle Medicine through Group Clinics

Monday 20 April, 20:00–21:00 (BST)

This interactive online session explores how group clinics can be used to deliver lifestyle medicine more effectively in practice.

Led by Claire Lynch, with guest speaker Georgina Craig, the session will introduce the concept of group clinics, how they work in real-world settings, and why they are increasingly being used to support behaviour change and expand reach without increasing clinician workload.

We will cover:

  • What group clinics are and how they run in practice
  • How they can help mainstream lifestyle medicine in clinical settings
  • The evidence and real-world examples behind this approach
  • Resources and training available to support implementation

There will be time for questions and shared discussion, with opportunities to reflect on how this approach could apply to your own work.
