Join us for our first ever Online Fitness Pilates class with Ginny Winder, PBHP member and Personal Trainer

SPACES ARE LIMITED AND ONLY FOR PBHP MEMBERS. Allocated on a first come, first served basis.

About Online Fitness Pilates

This class is open to all levels, even those who are completely new to Pilates.

This is a group exercise class using traditional pilates principles in a more functional, modern setting to improve:

  • Core strength/overall strength
  • Muscular imbalances
  • Mobility/flexibility/coordination
  • Mind/body awareness

It is appropriate for all levels (Ginny will offer progressions/regressions) and the general healthy adult, it’s non intimidating and most of all it’s FUN.

Who is this not suitable for?

Anyone who is pregnant, or has diagnosed muscular skeletal issues/conditions which require one to one clinical application.

Ginny has been teaching for 30 years and Personal training for over 20. She currently works online via Zoom, Facebook and Instagram.
