For this first in our series of educational webinars at Plant-Based Health Professionals UK, Nutritionist Rohini Bajekal and Sarah Bentley join forces to talk about a plant-based diet while giving a cooking demonstration.

Sarah Bentley, Founder and Director of Made in Hackney, shows us how to make four delicious plant-based dishes using only pantry staples and no oil. Made in Hackney is the UK’s first plant-based community cookery school and charity.

The dishes (the recipes can be found here):

  • Nutrient Boosted Tomato Sauce
  • Cheesy Sauce with Butternut Squash, Chickpeas and Nutritional Yeast
  • Oil-Free Sautéed Greens with Lemon
  • Omega-3 rich Nutrient Sprinkle
