About our speaker

Dr Miriam Martinez-Biarge is a paediatrician with additional training in neonatal medicine, developmental paediatrics, and child nutrition. She specialises in the neurodevelopmental assessment and follow-up of infants and young children at risk of neurological impairment.

She currently leads the follow-up programme for high-risk infants at Queen Charlotte’s & Chelsea-Hammersmith Hospitals (Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust) and holds an honorary position as Senior Research Associate at the University of Bristol. In private practice, she offers consultations in developmental paediatrics and paediatric plant-based nutrition.
