Whole Foods Plant-Based Turkish Recipes: PBHP Cookery Social

Saturday 16th October 2021, 11am BST London

Join us for our next Cookery Social with Didem Varol RD and Founder of Plantgevity Nutrition Solutions.

Despite the doners and kebabs, Turkish cuisine is amenable to whole foods plant-based cooking given the plentiful variety of bean and vegetable-based dishes.

Didem is a Registered Dietitian and will share nutrition tips throughout in conversation with Rohini Bajekal, Nutritionist and Comms Lead at PBHP UK.

We will be cooking along together from 11AM-1PM BST on Saturday 16th October (ingredients should be prepped ahead of time).

We will make three delicious WFPB Turkish dishes (oil free and gluten free options)

  • Tomato mint lentil soup
  • Tahini white bean salad
  • Whole grain bulgur salad
