Lifestyle Medicine in Practice:
Quarterly Support Sessions for PBHP Members
Lifestyle Medicine in Practice is a quarterly, members-only support series for PBHP members qualified in Lifestyle Medicine who want to translate evidence into real-world care. Designed primarily for Lifestyle Medicine alumni, the sessions focus on practical implementation, service development and shared learning from those actively delivering Lifestyle Medicine across NHS, community and private settings.
The January session is on Monday 26 January, 8–9pm
“Accelerate Your Lifestyle Medicine Practice”
Lifestyle Medicine Accelerator exists for one purpose: to embed Lifestyle Medicine sustainably within the NHS, free at the point of care. Founded and led by Dr Camille Hirons, an NHS GP experienced in system transformation, LMA partners with NHS organisations to help them co-design and build their own Lifestyle Medicine services.
“We provide CPD-accredited training, ready-to-use, tried and tested patient resources, EMIS-compatible templates, evaluation frameworks and appointment workflows so teams can launch quickly and confidently. We then offer 12 months of continued support, including regular check-ins and access to our monthly Community of Practice.
Together, we can drive meaningful, equitable and lasting change.”
What to expect from the meeting
Learn about the Lifestyle Medicine Accelerator’s journey, from community co-design to a scalable service. We’ll walk through real cases, share our latest service evaluation and data, and run a short workshop on key considerations for designing your own NHS Lifestyle Medicine service. We’ll end with an open Q&A session.
