Ingredients
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 2 tsp orange zest
- 1 ½ cup dry oats (ideally lightly ground in blender)
- 1 ½ cup nut butter
- 2 tbsp date syrup (or other syrup)
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Zest the orange
Step 2
Place all the ingredients into a large bowl. Mix with a wooden spoon or your fingers until well combined.
Step 3
Roll the mixture into 12 similar sized balls.
Step 4
Place them in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
Notes
They are ready to eat, or you can keep them in an airtight container in the fridge for around 5 days.
