Ingredients
- 300g of mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 or 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Place all the ingredients in a medium bowl.
Step 2
If you are using frozen berries, cover the bowl and wait until they defrost (3 to 4 hours).
Step 3
Blend the mixture or use a potato masher.
Step 4
Transfer the jam in a glass jar.
Notes
You can leave in the fridge for up to 3 days.
