Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup hulled hemp seeds
  • 1-2 cups nutritional yeast
  • 1 cup flaxseed

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Blend all ingredients together.

Step 2

Sprinkle over meals, hummus, veggies, anything you like!
