- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup hulled hemp seeds
- 1-2 cups nutritional yeast
- 1 cup flaxseed
Step by Step Instructions
Blend all ingredients together.
Sprinkle over meals, hummus, veggies, anything you like!
Best stored in the fridge for up to a month
