Ingredients

  • 100g tiger nut powder (The Tiger Nut Company)
  • 80g desiccated coconut (+ extra for rolling)
  • 2.5 tbsp of nut or seed butter
  • a handful of dried berries (optional)
  • a pinch of sea salt

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Blitz all the ingredients in a food processor while slowly adding 2 to 3 tbsp of water.

Step 2

Roll into small balls.

Step 3

You can roll in desiccated coconut to coat.

Step 4

Place the bites into the fridge.

Notes

Consume within a week.
