Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup mixed seeds
- 5 Medjool dates
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1 tablespoon spirulina
- shelled hemp seeds, for coating (e.g Linwoods)
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Line a baking tray.
Step 2
Process the almonds and mixed seeds in a food processor.
Step 3
Slowly add the other ingredients, pulse until well mixed.
Step 4
Roll into balls, then roll the balls in the shelled hemp seeds to coat.
Step 5
Place on the tray and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Notes
Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
