Easy no-bake festive fudges

Ingredients

  • 11 pitted Medjool dates
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • Half a cup cacao powder
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • Freeze dried raspberry or strawberry pieces, or desiccated coconut (optional)

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Grind the walnuts in your food processor, then slowly add the dates and other ingredients until it forms a dough. You want to make sure it all sticks together, so you might need to add a tiny bit of water.

Step 2

Roll into small balls.

Step 3

You can then roll in freeze dried raspberry (or strawberry) pieces or in desiccated coconut to coat.

Step 4

Place the bites into the fridge.
