- 11 pitted Medjool dates
- 1 cup walnuts
- Half a cup cacao powder
- A pinch of sea salt
- Freeze dried raspberry or strawberry pieces, or desiccated coconut (optional)
Step by Step Instructions
Grind the walnuts in your food processor, then slowly add the dates and other ingredients until it forms a dough. You want to make sure it all sticks together, so you might need to add a tiny bit of water.
Roll into small balls.
You can then roll in freeze dried raspberry (or strawberry) pieces or in desiccated coconut to coat.
Place the bites into the fridge.
