- 1 small can of sweet corn (250 g) -OR- 1/2 cucumber grated
- 250ml of soya yoghurt
- 4 tbsp of soya milk
- 1 tbsp of garden mint sauce (or 1 tbsp of finely chopped fresh mint)
Step by Step Instructions
Whip the soya yoghurt to a smooth consistency with the soya milk and mint sauce.
Add the sweet corn or grated cucumber and a pinch of salt if you wish.
