What will I learn from this webinar?

  • Identify and describe at least three physical, mental, and emotional benefits of active play for adults.
  • Analyse and explain the relationship between physical activity and key health markers, including glucose homeostasis, lipid management, tackling chronic inflammation, and stress management by reviewing relevant studies and discussing their implications for chronic disease prevention.
  • Design and implement an individualised self-care plan that incorporates at least one form of active play. Set measurable goals for improving physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, and track your progress over a four-week period, adjusting the plan as needed based on self-assessment and reflection.

About the speaker

Darryl is a leading health and movement figure known for his Primal Play Method®. Transitioning from a successful investment banking technology career, he became a globally recognised movement coach and author, focused on combating chronic lifestyle diseases through innovative fitness approaches.
