Ingredients
- 100g tiger nut powder (The Tiger Nut Company)
- 80g desiccated coconut (+ extra for rolling)
- 2.5 tbsp of nut or seed butter
- a handful of dried berries (optional)
- a pinch of sea salt
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Blitz all the ingredients in a food processor while slowly adding 2 to 3 tbsp of water.
Step 2
Roll into small balls.
Step 3
You can roll in desiccated coconut to coat.
Step 4
Place the bites into the fridge.
Notes
Consume within a week.
