Ingredients
- 3 sliced carrots
- 2 apples
- 1 orange or red pepper
- 2 handfuls of cashews
- a bit of turmeric root (or dried turmeric powder)
- a bit of ground ginger
- a bit of fresh coriander
- 1.5 teaspoons of bouillon powder
- 800 ml boiled water
- (optional) green nori sprinkle

Blend everything until smooth.
Notes
Leftover soup will last 3-4 days in the fridge.
