Claire began her career as a nurse before taking time to raise her family, after which she pursued a new path and qualified as a dietitian. She gained valuable experience within the NHS, working as both a community dietitian and a diabetes specialist dietitian. Claire now runs her freelance dietetic and lifestyle medicine practice, plant:life nutrition, where she brings a holistic approach to health and well-being as a Board-Certified Lifestyle Medicine Professional.

Claire believes wholeheartedly in the transformative power of lifestyle medicine to help individuals take control of their health and, in turn, empower new and more fulfilling pathways in life. By addressing the root causes of chronic disease through evidence-based lifestyle changes, Claire is committed to helping people unlock their full potential for health and vitality.

In her freelance practice, Claire works closely with individuals and small groups to inspire meaningful change. Beyond her clinical work, she plays a key role as Education Lead for Plant-Based Health Professionals UK, where she focuses on educating current and future health professionals about the benefits of lifestyle medicine. While her core expertise lies in chronic disease prevention, management and reversal through whole food plant-based nutrition, Claire embraces a broader approach by incorporating all the pillars of lifestyle medicine into both her practice and teaching.
